When Goals Don’t Stick: Get Curious, Not Stuck
Explore what’s behind “failed” goals, reframe setbacks, and create authentic goals that reflect your values and needs.

What You’ll Learn

Do you feel disappointed when you don’t follow through on the goals you set? You’re not alone—and “failing” at a goal doesn’t mean you’re failing as a person. This session takes a compassionate, curious look at why goals don’t always stick and what parts of us might get in the way. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, you’ll explore the internal barriers holding you back and learn how to realign your goals with your authentic self. By understanding what’s underneath the resistance, you’ll discover how to set goals that truly reflect your values, needs, and the life you want to create.
