What You’ll Learn
Are you tired of setting goals that feel like they’re fighting against your own body? In our hyper-connected world, many of us have learned to override our body’s wisdom in pursuit of “shoulds” – what Tanya calls Modern Detachment Syndrome. This session introduces somatic techniques to bridge the gap between mind and body, helping you set goals that energize rather than drain you. You’ll discover how to recognize and release stored tension patterns that keep you stuck in perfectionism while learning practical embodiment practices for setting boundaries that honor your nervous system.
