5.2. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions for referrals.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

6.2. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you.

7. Modification:

7.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services).
