Erica Brown, LPC, LMHC, is a compassionate therapist and coach dedicated to helping women overcome perfectionism and anxiety to find balance and calmness in their lives. She believes that by understanding how our life experiences shape us, we can begin to accept ourselves, embrace authenticity, and build lives rooted in self-worth and connection.
Specializing in perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, relationships, and emotional eating, Erica works with women who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt and overwhelm. Her approach combines evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to foster lasting change and personal growth.
Through her one-on-one therapy and coaching services, Erica provides a safe and supportive space for clients to navigate their challenges, embrace self-compassion, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
